Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. That is before 10 am local time before the date of arrival.

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Groups and Multi-nights

When booking more than 3 rooms and individual booking for more than 5 nights, different cancellation and modification policies and additional supplements may apply.


3 rooms >	If cancelled or modified up to 72 hours at 10 am before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

4-5 rooms>	If cancelled or modified up to 5 days at 10am before the date of arrival, no fee will be charge. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

6 rooms and above >	If cancelled or modified 14days at 10am before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, a 50% charge of total duration will be applied.

5 nights and above >	If cancelled or modified up to 72 hours by 10am before the date of a arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy	One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
